At CUP OF JOE LTD, we are committed to providing safe and high-quality tea to our customers.  This Food Safety Policy outlines our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food  safety throughout our operations. We adhere to all applicable local, national, and international  food safety regulations and continuously strive to improve our practices to ensure the safety and  satisfaction of our customers.

  1. Responsibilities

 2.1 Management Commitment: The management of CUP OF JOE LTD is committed to   establishing and maintaining an effective food safety management system. They ensure that   sufficient resources are allocated for the implementation and continuous improvement of food   safety measures. 

2.2 Employee Responsibility: All employees are responsible for complying with food safety  policies, procedures, and practices. They receive adequate training to understand their roles  and responsibilities in maintaining food safety.

 3.1 Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP): We have implemented a HACCP  system to identify, evaluate, and control food safety hazards throughout our tea trading   operations. We regularly review and update our HACCP plan to address emerging risks and   changes in regulations.

3.2 Supplier Management: We establish and maintain relationships with reputable suppliers who share our commitment to food safety. We evaluate and select suppliers based on their adherence to food safety standards, quality control processes, and traceability practices.

3.3 Product Traceability: We maintain a comprehensive traceability system to track the flow of tea from plucking to the point of sale. This enables us to quickly identify and recall products if  necessary and ensure accountability throughout the supply chain.

3.4 Tea Storage and Transportation: We maintain appropriate storage conditions to preserve the quality and safety of our tea products and as well follow proper handling and transportation  practices to prevent contamination and maintain the integrity of tea during handling.

3.5 Hygiene and Sanitation: We enforce strict hygiene practices across our facilities and work  areas. Regular sanitation procedures are implemented, and all equipment and utensils are  properly cleaned and maintained. We provide training to employees on personal hygiene,  including handwashing, proper attire, and preventing contamination.
